The campaign asks governments to act on these priorities.
Protect Palestinian children and civilians
Call on relevant authorities and parties to comply with applicable international humanitarian law and protect civilian life. The proposal rejects collective blame, hatred and attacks on civilians.
Enable humanitarian access and medical care
Call for the effective delivery of food, water, medicine and other essential assistance, and for the protection of hospitals, health workers, aid workers and the services people need to survive.

Call on responsible authorities to comply with applicable court orders, preserve evidence and support appropriate independent investigation and accountability processes.
Read the foundations and their limits
The evidence page identifies humanitarian reporting, provisional-measures orders and the separate 2024 ICJ advisory opinion. These documents have different purposes. The campaign does not present them as legal permission to stop work.
About a month after a first action, organisers would review whether essential aid is reaching people reliably. Any further three-day action would need its own plan, announcement and choice to participate.
